Standing Water in Green Castle Home

In this water loss a toilet overflowed and cause about 2-3 inches of standing water in the customers basement. After removing the standing water themselves, the customer called on SERVPRO of Kirksville to help with the next step in trying to return their home to preloss condition. When the technicians arrived they were able to quickly access the damage and develop the best course of action to make this loss "Like it never even happened." Our technicians pulled the affected carpet in an adjacent room to allow the concrete underneath to dry, and placed drying equipment to quickly remove excess moisture.
