Sewer Back Up in Kirksville

When SERVPRO of Kirksville arrived onsite to this sewer back-up we knew we had to get straight to work. Because of the nature of this loss, affected carpeting had to be removed to ensure the safety of our customer. The water had travelled from what is considered to be an unsanitary source and because of this, any porous material that would be able to soak up water had to be removed. We keep not only the customers home but also the customer themselves in mind when making decisions on the best method of mitigation at each and every loss. With this in mind, our technicians immediately got started to quickly return this customers home to preloss condition.
