We do work for all kinds of customers. This loss for instance was a loss where the customer was actually the plumber of the home and not the homeowner themselves. While installing a newly bought washer and dryer, the homeowners hired plumber accidentally disconnected a water line leading the Laundry room to become flooded. Without stress from the homeowner the plumber was able to trust in SERVPRO of Kirksville to come out to the homeowner’s residence and begin mitigation within hours. We were able to create a happy customer and homeowner all while making this loss “Like it never even happened.”
