Our Production Manager along with our IICRC Certified technicians will walk you through the process of how we will clean your personal belongings and let you know if there is anything that is not cleanable, so you can include those items on your loss inventory worksheet. In some cases, due to the safety within the structure, we may have to pack out your belongings and safely transport them to our cleaning facility, while the structure is being restored. As a measure to keep track of your belongings, a detailed, itemized inventory sheet will be taken of your belongings. Your belongings are carefully counted, and photos are taken before and after. After they are cleaned, your personal belongings are stored at the SERVPRO of Kirksville warehouse until the restoration is complete. Once the restoration of your home is complete, we will carefully return your contents back to your home, safe and sound!
