Summer storms can wreak havoc on your home. From tree limbs or winds damaging your roof and allowing rain in, to flash floods, drain backups and more, there is plenty of opportunity for water damage. While of course we hope your home remains untouched, we are always here to help. Our production technicians are trained to respond quickly and efficiently in storm situations in order to minimize the damage done by the elements. Our office staff is dedicated to clearly communicating each step of the process as well as coordinating with your insurance company to ensure your coverage is maximized. Our extraction and drying process is extremely effective, and we always strive to save flooring, drywall and contents before they are damaged beyond repair. Some things you can do to help make sure you’re prepared for a storm event are: ask your insurance agent about flood coverage, determine if it would benefit you to have a sump pump, regularly check your basement and crawlspace to find any leaks that could lead to further damage, especially during heavy rains. If damage does occur, we will be ready to do whatever we need to make the remediation process effective and as stress free as possible!
