In the summer of 2007, Tony and Jill Felice, as active members of the community, recognized the need for a professional Mitigation and Restoration company in the area. Thus, SERVPRO of Kirksville began. Starting with a small crew in their home to the expanded  business it is today, located off North Hwy 63.
