"Shout out to Kirksville SERVPRO! We had a hot water heater leak, and we were concerned about mold growing in our basement. We called, arranged a time and their employees got busy so they didn't come out as scheduled(which was fine I forgot anyways) Tammy the coordinator, called and apologized many times about this happening. But like I said I forgot anyways so we rescheduled for today. Mason and Nick I believe along with Tony are so great! Very patient. They did their services today, without any issues. When the job was done Tammy had called and let me know the costs of the spray was waived due to the mix up of scheduling.   It's a long read, but there's not many businesses like this anymore. They get a 20/10 in my book and I hope all four of them see this post! I'm sure the other workers are just a s wonderful, but these were who we had on the job! So if you have a mess you need cleaned, they are your folks!"
