Like so many in Kirksville, we had some basement water damage in our home.
I really appreciated that SERVPRO kept in touch as we worked our way to the top of their work list. The technicians worked efficiently and left a clean work space when finished. Each person we encountered was pleasant and helpful.

I definitely would recommend this team. They were very professional and took time to help me understand the process. They turned a difficult situation into a great experience. A special shout out to Mike... he kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable with all the decisions that had to be made. He went above and beyond to make sure the clean up was smooth for me. On Friday, December 18, Technicians Tony, Mario, Mandy, and Anthony came to assess the problem and begin the clean-up. We were happy to see that they thought it was important to wear masks. When any of the team talked to us that day, and every day, they also kept the social distance. We both have health issues and are very careful about seeing anyone and wore our masks whenever we talked to anyone. The reason I say this is to let you know how much we appreciated everyone's thoughtfulness for us as senior citizens and with health problems. 

When they were sorting out things on Monday, they brought them up to the garage so we didn't have to  go downstairs. They always let us know when they were coming, so we could move the vehicle out so they could get through the garage with any of their machines and hoses. Kate from the office called us several times and I had to call her several times. She was always very helpful and listened to any question and answered them. They performed all the work efficiently and we will definitely recommend your team of technicians to anyone that we know would need this type of service. Thanks to everyone at SERVPRO!

Mike the project manager got him team in there quickly and got the job that was large done in a timely manner. SERVPRO was efficient and easy to contact when ever I had any questions. The crew was friendly and always had a smile on their face!! GREAT WORK GUYS!!

The staff of SERVPRO of Kirksville is great! They openly communicated with me and walked me through the whole process after I experienced some flooding in my home. It is so nice to have such a reliable service and pleasant employees during a such a stressful time! I recommend them to all!
